If you'd like to opt-out a user from UserDB tracking, you can do that by firing the pixel below. This prevents future data from being written. It also excludes the user from frequency capping.
User Record Becomes Read-Only
When testing your UserDB API, be sure to make opting out the last action you take as the record effectively becomes read-only until it is "forgotten" and recreated.
